Traffic stop leads to several charges

Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office issued charges to several individuals following a traffic stop about 12:15 a.m. Friday on U.S. Route 33 near Russells Point.

The driver, Jacob Ferguson, 22, of Napoleon, was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

A passenger, Danielle Laws, 19, of 518 Fairview, Russells Point, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia after a glass pipe was found in the vehicle.

A baggie of marijuana also was found in the vehicle, and another passenger, Sabrina Mills, 21, of 400 Lincoln Blvd., Russells Point, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
