Another child of Clair Miller faces charges in the wake of his hospitalization and subsequent move to an assisted living facility, this time for entering his home without permission.
Rosanna Miller, 61, of Amanda, was charged with two misdemeanor counts each of criminal trespass and criminal mischief for going into her father’s home on Sept. 12 and 13.
Municipal Prosecutor Joe Bader issued the warrants on Sept. 19. The Bellefontaine Municipal Court received notification Friday that Ms. Miller was served with the paperwork.
She is slated to appear on Oct. 11.
Ms. Miller has been waging a legal battle since the death six years ago of her mother Elizabeth Miller to have her father declared incompetent and to remove her brother from the 1294 Campbell Drive residence.
