Overnight, officers and investigators of the Bellefontaine Police Department investigating the disappearance of Tiffany L. Brown located what is believed to be her body in the basement of her mother’s residence on the east side of Bellefontaine.
Next of kin have been notified. Positive identification and the cause of death is pending an autopsy ordered by Logan County Coroner Dr. Michael E. Failor.

The basement of the residence is an area primarily occupied by Samuel Littleton II, 37, a white male, described as the boyfriend of Tiffany’s mother. He is currently being sought nationwide in conjunction with this investigation as a person of interest.
